More than 5000 guests celebrate today in one of the most glamorous events in Austria – the Vienna Opera Ball. The social spectacle will be opened this year by star soprano Anna Netrebko and her husband Yusif Eyvazov.
Many eyes, however, are directed primarily at Richard „Mortar“ Lugner, who this year was able to sign Australian model Elle Macpherson as a star guest.
Yesterday, the two presented themselves for the first time together the press and looked strikingly harmonious. Since 1992, the former contractor invites prominent guests to the Opera Ball.
