A man armed with a knife killed two people and injured eight others in Ukraine. The attack took place yesterday in the industrial city of Kriwji Rig in the center of the country, the police said. Among the injured is an eight-year-old boy. The assailant, a 37-year-old, was arrested. The police did not provide any information on the possible motive for the crime.
Head of state Volodymyr Selenskyj, who comes from Kriwji Rig, described the act as a „manifestation of absolute terrorism“ and a „barbaric way of intimidating people“.
