Trump sees himself in „real“ polls before election victory

0

A week before the US election, President Donald Trump continues to expect an election victory, despite relatively poor results in publicly known polls. The „real polls show that I’m winning,“ wrote Trump today on Twitter.

Trump often describes the publicly known surveys as fake polls that have no value. Campaign teams usually also have their own, unpublished surveys. At an election campaign appearance in Pennsylvania on Monday, for example, Trump said that he would win the election very “easily” given the “real polls”, but the media suppressed this information.

In view of his well-attended election campaign appearances, the Republican, whose party is traditionally associated with the color red, wrote on Twitter: “The great red wave is coming!” Trump wanted in the afternoon and evening (local time) before supporters in the state of Michigan , Wisconsin and Nebraska occur.

Trump is well behind his Democratic challenger Joe Biden on average in national polls ahead of the November 3 election. However, because of the complex electoral system in which the states are the most important factor, the surveys have only limited informative value. However, the polls in key states also indicate Biden’s lead.
