The Rotterdam police have freed a young man from the grounds of the McDonald’s where he was trapped. The man had fallen asleep while the fast food business was closed.
At 5 a.m. a burglary was reported to the police. After several agents had gone after it, it quickly became clear that it was not a burglar.
The man said he had fallen asleep. Probably the employees who closed the case overlooked him.
The door to the restaurant was not locked, allowing the man to go outside. But he did not get past the fence. The police were also unable to free him at first and gave him a thermo blanket to warm up while they waited for the security guard to open the gate.
