Russia’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoju has named the reason why the United States has signed a treaty on neutral and low-end missile rocket. In his view, he is hiding behind the desire to stop the development of China and Russia in the military sector in the United States.
Sergei Shoigu said that the agreement was unsuitable for US interests when China’s military and economic capacity grew, Russia’s defense capabilities and bilateral military and military cooperation expanded.

He pointed out that Washington has started preparing early this year to dispatch Moscow to Middle and Low-Spaceflight missiles. He also remarked that he had tested the new missile mounted on the ground within 16 days after the contract was released.
He also said that the loss of control of arms in the world today is a serious threat to the security of the countries.
The Treaty on Removal of Intermediate and Low-Spaceflight Rigs was established in 1987 by the Soviet Union and the United States. Under the agreement, two countries are obliged not to launch the Intermediate and Low Spacecraft Ballistic and Crawler Rocket.
Washington has accused Moscow of failing to fulfill its treaty obligations and expelled on August 2 this year. On Aug. 19, a rocket launcher from San Nicolas of California flew over 500 kilometers.
