The German public prosecutor had arrested four Islamist suspects from Tajikistan in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia this morning. She and a fifth man already in custody are said to have planned attacks in Germany on behalf of the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS), as the dpa in Karlsruhe learned.
