North Korea has allegedly tested a weapon system again. Ruler Kim Jong Un has personally overseen the test of an „extra-large multiple rocket launcher“, the state news agency KCNA reported today.
The country must drive forward the development of new strategic and tactical weapons to defend itself against „ever-increasing military threats,“ Kim was quoted as saying. The young scientists who have developed the rockets are a „precious treasure and wealth of the land that can not be exchanged for anything“.
North Korea had just tested two ballistic short-range missiles yesterday, the seventh missile test since US President Donald Trump and Kim met in June, according to South Korean military sources.
