Kim Jong-eun, chairman of the North Korean National Security Council, is expected to attend the summit.

Chinese President Hu Jintao is expected to invite the leaders of the developing world to the summit, and to intend to spur the realization of one-on-one policy as a key policy against the US backlash and rebellion.

According to Beijing sources, the Chinese government has decided to open the summit forum in Beijing on a one – on – one basis from the 26th to the 27th.

It is said that China has invited Kim Jong Eun to this forum.

In May 2017, when North Korea’s nuclear and missile tests were in full swing, a delegation led by Kim Young-jae, North Korea’s foreign economic awards, attended the summit on a one-to-one basis.

Kim Jung-eun has already visited four times until January, so there is a possibility that he will appear in a forum on a one-to-one basis.

A source said Kim knew he was invited to the Forum on a one-on-one basis, and said that he could not know what the situation would be until the event.

One-on-one is China-led initiative to build an economic belt connecting the world’s trade and transportation networks. Currently, China is pursuing projects with more than 100 countries and international organizations on a one-to-one basis.

The one-on-one meeting of the President of the Republic of China, Shi Jingping, began in September 2013, when he visited Kazakhstan and proposed building the Silk Road economic belt at Nazarbayev University.

The United States is accusing China of a hegemonic strategy and the pursuit of profits of Chinese state – owned companies as a „debt – trap diplomacy“, a debt – based diplomacy.
