Eight people were killed in an attack in Niger, West Africa, including six French travelers. The governor of Tillaberi, Tidjani Ibrahim Katiella, announced today. The tourists were traveling with a chauffeur and a guide in the Koure region when they were attacked by armed men on motorcycles.
