
In France, thousands of supporters of the „yellow vests“ protested again against the French government’s policy of reform. This reported the radio news channel Franceinfo today, citing the Interior Ministry. Incidents were not known.
The „yellow vests“ demonstrate since last November, the protests ignited at that time in the planned increase in fuel prices. Some demonstrators are also demanding the resignation of President Emmanuel Macron.
Last weekend, according to official figures, around 12,500 people had protested throughout France. The „Yellow West“ movement had spoken of at least 35,000 protesters.
