The legendary „Neverland“ ranch of the late pop singer Michael Jackson comes on the market. A realtor in California offers the approximately 1,100 hectare property for $ 31 million (27 million euros) for sale. Four years ago, the ranch was still for sale for $ 100 million.
Broker Kyle Forsyth explained the price erosion with the years of drought in the region, which also affects the real estate market.
