German Chancellor Angela Merkel commented on the approval of Steinmeier’s formula. It is reported by Interfax.
According to her, the signing of the document is progress, but other steps should be followed. She added that it is too early to remove sanctions from Russia.
“All parties today have confirmed this, that now a meeting can be held at the level of heads of state and government,” said the chancellor.
