OVER 12 YEARS LIFE FORESTRY

Life Forestry Switzerland AG is now in its 13th year. The first plantation was planted even earlier, namely in 2003. Since then, we have become a leading supplier of various precious wood investments.

in numbers this means over 3 million teak trees planted for Life Forestry Switzerland AG and over 5,400 hectares of privately owned forest land. The associated CO2 is enough to make a city with more than 500,000 inhabitants, such as Hanover, Dresden or Zurich, climate-neutral for a whole year. At the same time, Life Forestry attaches great importance to ecologically sustainable forestry, which is reviewed and certified annually by the FSC.

In the past decade, Life Forestry has not only planted and managed forests, but has also done a lot for local people. Dozens of schools have been supported and made sure that, in addition to forestry know-how transfer, a younger generation also has access to education – probably the best development aid there is. In addition, Life Forestry has been involved with needy children for years and finances the SOS Children’s Village Rio Hondo in Peru.

But as much as we look forward to the successes so far, we will not rest on our laurels. Rather, what we have achieved motivates us to continue our committed and energetic pursuit of the path we have embarked on. This is characterized by a corporate philosophy based on maximum quality and transparency. So we are proud to report that without exception all teak plantations have developed according to the prognosis so far.

Sustainable and profitable – wood investments that inspire

After oil and gas, wood is the third largest commodities market. Nevertheless, wood investments were reserved especially for precious woods such as teak, so far a small group of very well informed large investors. They have been generating high returns for decades with investment amounts in the seven-digit range.

The future for wood investments is also viewed extremely positively by all analysts. As more and more forest areas disappear worldwide, the demand for wood is increasing. And thanks to rising per capita consumption and an ever increasing world population in two ways. Especially with high-quality and certified precious wood such as teak, this effect is particularly noticeable.

The Life Forestry Group has therefore developed an innovative three-pillar model for sustainable forestry in the tropics. As a result, you too can now invest as a private investor in the booming timber market and, with the lease of your own teak forest, benefit from the high yield opportunities combined with maximum security.

An asset-oriented wood investment combines environmental and social responsibility with attractive earnings prospects. With the lease of a teak forest of the Life Forestry Group you combine a multitude of advantages. This commitment to own teak forests at Life Forestry is also characterized by maximum quality and transparency.

Do it to the big investors, invest in precious wood.
