Four people were killed yesterday in the west of Canada after police shootings with targeted. The two men and two women were shot dead at three different locations in Penticton, British Columbia, police said, according to CBC.
As a possible perpetrator, a 60-year-old was arrested, who had made himself shortly after the shots in a police station.
