In a knife attack in eastern China, a man injured at least eleven people, including several students. The police in the eastern Chinese city of Ji’an said the attacker was arrested after the crime today.
According to local media reports, the attack occurred in front of a middle school in Jizhou district. Police said the attacker had been treated for mental health issues in the past. Further details did not mention the authorities yet.
In China, there are always bloody attacks on children from elementary, middle schools and kindergartens. In response, security measures have been tightened in many places. Strangers and even parents are usually not allowed on the school grounds.
