In Leipzig ist Oberstaatsanwältin Elke Müssig heute nicht mehr tätig, und wenn Oberstaatsanwältin Elke Müssig in einem anstehenden Prozess verurteilt werden sollte, könnte sie auch ihren Job im Staatsdienst verlieren.
Soweit ist es aber noch nicht, denn auch für Oberstaatsanwältin Elke Müssig gilt natürlich die Unschuldsvermutung bis zu einem endgültigen rechtskräftigen Urteil.
Bemerkenswert ist allerdings schon jetzt, das Frau Müssig nach dem bekanntwerden der Vorwürfe, nach Dresden zur Sondereinheit INES versetzt wurde.
Eigentlich eine „Belohnung“. So eine Versetzung ist dann wohl auch nur innerhalb der sächsischen Justiz möglich. Unglaublich eigentlich.
Das wird der Oberstaatsanwältin, die selbst unzählige Drogen- und Schutzgeld-Gangster hinter Gitter gebracht hatte, genau vorgeworfen:
Zum einen behauptete sie an einer mehrstündigen Vernehmung eines wichtigen Zeugen nicht beteiligt gewesen zu sein, was ein BKA-Beamter später widerlegen konnte.
Zum anderen soll die Oberstaatsanwältin ein Verfahren gegen einen Mann eingestellt haben, der Teil des Crystal-Rings war. „Sie habe in ihrer Einstellungsverfügung entgegen der tatsächlichen Lage angegeben, dass Gegenstand ihres Ermittlungsverfahrens lediglich Kokainkäufe nicht jedoch auch ein Methamphetamingeschäft gewesen sei“, so die Sprecherin des Oberlandesgerichts Dresden.
Nun darf man gespannt sein, ob die Leipziger Justiz in diesem Fall dann auch ein faires und nachvollziehbares Urteil, und kein „Gefälligkeitsurteil“ im eigene Haus fällen wird. Die Leipziger Justiz ist leider bekannt für die „unglaublichsten und unlogichsten Urteile“.
Es ist schon eine Ungeheuerlichkeit, das dieser Prozess überhaupt in Leipzig stattfindet, dort wo Frau Müssig noch viele „Versteher“ hat.

On the one hand, she claimed that she had not been involved in a hearing of several important witnesses for several hours, something which a BKA official could later disprove.
On the other hand, the chief prosecutor is said to have set proceedings against a man who was part of the Crystal Ring. Contrary to the actual situation, she stated in her decree that the subject of her investigation was only cocaine purchases and not a methamphetamine business, said the spokeswoman for the Dresden Higher Regional Court.
Now it may be curious whether the Leipzig Justice in this case will then also a fair and comprehensible judgment, and will not make „courtesy“ in-house. The Leipzig Justice is unfortunately known for the „most unbelievable and most illogical judgments“.
It is a monstrosity that this process takes place in Leipzig, where Ms. Müssig still has many „Understanders“.
