This is reported to RIA Novosti with reference to a report on the work of the government of the People’s Republic of China, with which China’s Premier Li Keqiang speaks at the opening session of the National People’s Congress (NPC).

„China is committed to ensuring and implementing economic globalization and free trade, and is actively involved in the WTO reform process,“ the text says.

It is noted that China plans to „accelerate the creation of a network of free trade zones, promote the intensification of negotiations on a comprehensive regional economic partnership, a free trade agreement between China, Japan and South Korea, and an investment agreement between China and the EU.“

It is also reported that China will continue to promote the process of trade negotiations with the United States.

Earlier, the American leader Donald Trump said that he turned to Chinese partners with a request to immediately remove the duties imposed on agricultural products from the United States.
