BaFin has evidence indicating that these buy recommendations contain false or mis-leading information and/or that existing conflicts of interest are wrongfully con-cealed.
It has initiated an investigation into suspected market manipulation in the share.

In Germany, the company’s shares are included in the regulated unofficial markets of the Stuttgart stock exchanges. They are also listed on the Vienna stock exchange.

BaFin therefore recommends all investors to closely examine whether the infor-mation provided is reliable and to obtain information about the company in ques-tion from other sources prior to buying the shares.
