The spiritual leader of the Church of England, Justin Welby, has been critical of Britain’s development since the Conservatives took office in 2010. There are more homeless people today, more people in need of food aid, more hateful language and less tolerance for minorities than nine years ago, the Archbishop of Canterbury told a newspaper.
