In response to fire balloons from the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army attacked positions of the radical Islamic Hamas in the coastal strip. As the army announced today, fighter jets attacked Hamas‘ „infrastructure used for underground activities“ in the north of the Gaza Strip.
According to reports from security circles in the Gaza Strip, the attacks were directed against a location of the militant Hamas sub-organization Qassam Brigades. The air strikes caused material damage, but there were no injuries.
