Almost eleven months after the start of JFD Brokers‘ acquisition of ACON, the deal was confirmed by the German Financial Services Authority (BaFin) and the German Bundesbank. The acquisition enables our multi-asset broker and portfolio management company to add investment banking services to its product range.
Six years after we were founded, we continue to grow and meet the needs of private and institutional investors alike by expanding in multiple directions, providing digital asset management, stock exchange trading and investment advisory services. Now that we have an investment banking license, we are in the process of strengthening our position as a respected financial institution. We will expand our target markets around Latin America and Southeast Asia, while expanding our strong position as the market leader in Central Europe.
