Oscar winner Sandra Bullock (54) gets involved in another film project after „Bird Box“ with Netflix. As the streaming service announced on Wednesday, Bullock will produce the science fiction film «Reborn».
The fantasy thriller from a comic book series revolves around an 80-year-old woman, who rejuvenates after her death in a magical mystery world with monsters and dragons. She meets old friends there and goes in search of her deceased husband.
Chris McKay („The Lego Batman Movie“) is on board as a director. According to „Deadline.com“ Bullock could also take one of the leading roles. This has not been confirmed by Netflix.
Most recently, Bullock starred in the post-apocalyptic Netflix thriller „Bird Box – Close Your Eyes“ directed by Danish Susanne Bier. In it, she embodies a mother, blindfolded in a dystopian America fleeing from invisible monsters.
