Employers who are looking for people for financial vacancies suffer from the shortage on the labor market. On average, 40 percent of these vacancies are open longer than 60 days, reports the job site ‚Indeed‘ using their own analysis.
Especially for the position of financial consultant it is difficult to find candidates. No fewer than 69 percent of vacancies for this position are open for more than sixty days. This is followed by the functions of risk manager and senior risk manager, with 54 and 55 percent of vacancies being open for a long time.
„We generally see that the heavier functions are more difficult to fulfill,“ says Sander Poos, Managing Director of Indeed Benelux. „But there are also few candidates available for more specialist positions as employee mortgages.“
In 2018, the number of vacancies for financial positions rose by 14 percent. According to Indeed, last year KPMG, Deloitte and Rabobank were looking for the most financial employees.
