Russian President Vladimir Putin has just arrived in Singapore on Tuesday to participate in the 33rd ASEAN Summit.
The summit sees leaders from Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member states as well as representatives from the region’s major economies meet to discuss economic, trade, security, investment and development opportunities in South East Asia.
The ASEAN summit organizes once in semiannual, and previously summit was organized in Singapore too, in 28th april, 2018.
