A heavily injured in sex Briton has failed with a lawsuit against the seller of her bed. That was decided yesterday by a court in Bristol. The judge described the fall, in which the woman suffered severe injuries to the spine, as tragic – on bed, however, were no shortcomings. The woman had demanded from the furniture dealer a seven-figure sum of compensation.
The 46-year-old has been paralyzed and dependent on a wheelchair since the accident in August 2013. She was „catapulted“ by her own words during sex with her partner from the bed and ended up on the head. According to the woman, the bed was broken. The judge saw no evidence for that and rejected the lawsuit.
