In France, according to investigators, a suspected attack on President Emmanuel Macron attack plan was prematurely thwarted. The planning was still vague, it said today. Six people were arrested in different parts of the country because they were suspected of planning an act of violence against the President.
The French TV station BFM TV reported that the six detainees belonged to the right-wing extremists. It should be five men and a woman between the ages of 22 and 62 years, as the dpa and other media learned from investigator circles. Four of them were picked up in Moselle.
