Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone, 72, is not being tried in California for allegations of sexual assault. The information of the alleged victim could not have been confirmed by the investigation. In addition, the case is barred, said the prosecutor in Los Angeles yesterday.
As the documents indicate, a woman had claimed that she and Stallone had had an amicable relationship in 1987, but then the actor became sexually assaultive in 1987 and 1990. Nothing was known about the woman’s identity.
In November 2017, the woman had made allegations of rape against the actor among others in the police in Santa Monica, California. Stallone’s lawyer denied the allegations back then. The prosecution was turned on. Weeks earlier, the „Rambo“ star had already rejected reports that he had forced a then 16-year-old to sex in Las Vegas in 1986.
