Olive Tree Farmers GmbH (ehemals Oliveda GmbH), Olive Tree Invest S.L. und Thomas Lommel: BaFin ordnet Abwicklung des Einlagengeschäfts an
Die BaFin hat der Olive Tree Farmers GmbH, Berlin, der Olive Tree Invest S.L., Spanien, und Herrn Thomas Lommel, Schweiz, jeweils mit Bescheid vom 16. Januar 2018 aufgegeben, das ohne Erlaubnis betriebene Einlagengeschäft umgehend abzuwickeln.
Die von Lommel geleiteten Unternehmen nahmen auf der Grundlage sogenannter Kauf- und Pacht-/Rückkaufverträge unbedingt rückzahlbare Gelder des Publikums an. Hierdurch betreiben sie das Einlagengeschäft ohne die erforderliche Erlaubnis der BaFin. Die Genannten sind dazu verpflichtet, die Anlegergelder unverzüglich und vollständig zurückzuzahlen.
Die Verfügung der BaFin ist von Gesetzes wegen sofort vollziehbar, jedoch noch nicht bestandskräftig.

BaFin orders settlement of the deposit business
BaFin has given notice to Olive Tree Farmers GmbH, Berlin, Olive Tree Invest S.L., Spain,
and Mr Thomas Lommel, Switzerland, of 16 January 2018, respectively, to settle the deposit
business without permission.
The companies named by Lommel have accepted repayable funds from the public on
the basis of so-called purchase and lease / repurchase agreements. As a result, they operate the
deposit business without the necessary permission from BaFin. The named are obligated to
repay the investor money immediately and completely.
The BaFin order is immediately enforceable by law, but not yet final.
