The British heir to the throne Prince William was infected with the corona virus in April, according to British media reports.
As the „Sun“ reported, the 38-year-old is said to have kept the infection secret from the public in order to „not worry anyone,“ as he was quoted as saying. He was isolated with his family and, at his own request, went about his business as usual, via telephone and video conferencing.
William also had breathing problems, so the „Sun“ citing an unspecified source that caused „quite a panic“. The British royal family did not want to comment on the reports, but did not deny them either. William’s father, Prince Charles, contracted the coronavirus in March and showed mild symptoms.
