Karatbars International and Harald Seiz – Forgot bank license?
Karatbars, crypto and gold. Interesting business field. Important component is there a bank in Florida, which belongs to the enterprise group. It was not easy to get a written confirmation from the US regulator. We had to ask five times. Yesterday afternoon we were emailed this message. Quote:

Of course, we are aware of the explosiveness of this statement and its publication, so far we have tried to get an opinion on the mail through various ways. Unfortunately, in vain.
The Harald Seiz lawyers representing the law firm Höch Kadelbach were on vacation or already in the weekend. Well then. Since this is the statement of a so-called „privileged source“, we see our reporting as supported by German press law.
In the meantime, people in the US now seem to have understood what this is all about, not just about potentially damaged customers in Europe, but also in the US. We had the impression that the competent authority had become particularly active when it was understood.
But we did not want to say anything about whether the company is being „investigated“ by the authorities. This was then kept very covered in the conversation, but this has not been denied.
Harald Seiz has now had to take a lot of beating in recent weeks, where hardly anyone outsiders then could say objectively, whether justified or not.
Meanwhile, there are so many contradictions in some statements about reality that Harald Seiz should stop here to explain something like „evil as all“, and finally to present the complete actual situation of his company before there is more unrest in the company of Harald Seiz.

Karatbars, Krypto und Gold. Interessantes Geschäftsfeld. Wichtiger Baustein ist da eine Bank in Florida, die zur Unternehmensgruppe gehört. Es war gar nicht so einfach eine schriftliche Bestätigung der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde aus den USA zu bekommen. Fünf Mal mussten wir nachfragen. Gestern Nachmittag hat man uns diese Mitteilung dann zugemailt. Zitat:

Natürlich ist uns die Brisanz diese Aussage und deren Veröffentlichung bewusst, insofern haben wir noch versucht, über diverse Wege, eine Stellungnahme zu der Mail zu bekommen. Leider vergeblich.
Die Harald Seiz vertretenden Rechtsanwälte von der Kanzlei Höch Kadelbach waren im Urlaub bzw. bereits im Wochenende. Nun denn. Da es sich hier um die Aussage einer sogenannten „priviligierten Quelle“ handelt sehen wir unsere Berichterstattung als vom deutschen Presserecht gestützt an.
Mittlerweile hat man auch in den USA nun scheinbar verstanden worum es hier insgesamt geht, eben nicht nur um möglicherweise geschädigte Kunden in Europa, sondern eben auch in den USA. Wir hatten den Eindruck, das die zuständige Behörde, dann besonders aktiv geworden ist, als man das nun verstanden hatte.
Keine Aussage wollte man uns gegenüber aber nicht dazu machen, ob das Unternehmen nun von den Behörden „untersucht“ wird. Hierzu hat man sich dann in dem Gespräch sehr bedeckt gehalten, hat dies aber nicht dementiert.
Harald Seiz hat nun in den letzten Wochen viel Prügel einstecken müssen, wo kaum jemand Außenstehender dann objektiv sagen konnte, ob dann berechtigt oder nicht.
Mittlerweile gibt es so viele Widersprüche in so manchen Aussagen zur Realität, das Harald Seiz hier aufhören sollte irgendwas zu erklären „wie Böse denn alle seien“, und endlich die komplette IST Situation seines Unternehmens darzustellen bevor es noch mehr Unruhe gibt im Unternehmen von Harald Seiz.
