The Ferraris set the pace in second practice for the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal. The best time of the Monegasse Charles Leclerc was ahead of his German team-mate Sebastian Vettel (+0,074). In the morning, the Silver Arrows of World Championship leader Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas had been much faster. In the afternoon, Hamilton was stopped by an accident.
