The children of the drugstore entrepreneur Anton Schlecker must take their prison sentences. Lars and Meike Schlecker had appealed against the rulings of the district court of Stuttgart. The Federal Court rejected this, but suspended the imprisonment by one or two months. Thus, Lars and Meike Schlecker are legally sentenced to imprisonment of two years and seven months.
