The world’s largest aircraft Stratolaunch completed its first test flight yesterday in the US state of California. During the two-and-a-half-hour flight, the model reached a height of over 5,000 meters and a top speed of 300 km / h, as the company Stratolaunch Systems Corporation announced. The huge plane with a wingspan of 117 meters launched from the Spaceport airport in the Mojave Desert.

Stratolaunch is a massive carrier aircraft from which satellites or spaceships are to be launched. The machine, which included parts of old Boeing 747 aircraft, has two hulls and six engines. Microsoft co-founder and space investor Paul Allen, who died last October, launched the project in 2011.
