The speaker of the opposition Venezuelan National Assembly, Juan Guaido, who declared himself the provisional president of the republic, said he would return to Venezuela this week.

„We are going to return to Venezuela this week,“ he told reporters in Bogota.
It is noted that the opposition leader left Venezuela three days ago, despite the ban on leaving the country.
Earlier, Guaido announced that he would participate in the meeting of the “Lima Group” in Bogota on February 25.
Vladimir Travkin, editor-in-chief of the journal RAS “Latin America”, expressed the opinion that a lot in Venezuela now depends on how the military behave.
